Day 30 ~Results~
WOOHOO!! Weighed in today at 189!!! My goal was to lose 28 pounds in this 30 day challenge and I did not quite do that.. but I did lose 21!! So I am thrilled!
I am still fasting, starting day 8 in like one minute!
I went to the gym & worked out for an hour, full body. Swam laps for a bit, layed in the sauna for a bit. Everyone else is sweating like crazy & i'm like dang they need to turn the heat up in here! I am tolerating heat so much better now! Played DDR all morning.
Had Flor-Essence in the morning & evening. Orange juice for lunch. Chai almond milk later on. Double shot of fresh wheatgrass a couple hours ago at Whole Foods Market, made me so sick.. I still feel ill actually. I threw up. Yuck. I will stick to the powdered alfalfa/kamut instead.
Ok so I made a warm chickpea miso soup with a dash of shoyu & maple syrup and a floating piece of kelp I wont be eating but hopefully will add some nutrients to the soup! It totally settled my stomach YAY
