Day 11 ~Coincidence?~
I'm still very dizzy today. I have a huge thing on my neck, I can't see it, but it feels big & hard. I have body odor for the first time in a while. I woke up with crusty eyes this morning.
Is it all just coincidence? Or could it be because I have not eaten low fat in the past couple days? I almost feel like I ate SAD! My energy is just not the same. I had a sip of almond milk so far, but I think I really want to go back to low fat now. Party's over lol. No fleeting temporary taste of food is worth not feeling phenominal.
Today I ate: 1298 calories, 81.7% carbs - 8.6% protein - 9.7% fat

Juice: apple/beet/carrot/celery/cucumber/kale
Salad with veggie lovers mix & chickpea miso dressing
