Day 28 ~Ahha~
So I figured out why my body didn't want to break my fast yesterday, it's that time again, you know that thing that happens to women every month? Well as usual I lose my appetite completely the day before it starts only since i'm fasting I didn't notice it! I just knew I didn't want food! I'm curious to see how it goes this time because it only lasted one day last month and was very light.
Well I am officially on day 6 of my fast now! WTG considering I only planned to really do one day! Now I plan to go at least 2 more days so I can go to the gym & weigh myself, curious to see how much I lost in a week of fasting!
Today I Drank:
Cream of mushroom soup (almond milk & blended/strained mushrooms, sea salt, pepper)
Vegetable broth (added more juiced veggies to the mushroom soup)
Chai milk
Cardio:
DDR on Standard & Heavy modes for close to 2 hours, aprox 800 calories burned.
Strength Training:
A bunch of stuff at home, going to the gym in 2 days!
