Day 10 ~As long as it's raw~
I noticed after eating "whatever I wanted so long as it's raw" on day 9.. today I have heartburn & I am dizzy.
I also decided to eat whatever I wanted so long as it's raw again. Those carob squares were tough to resist! I also had a huge salad with chickpea miso & cashew butter dressing. Some onion bread.. what else? Oh a half a jar of olives. Almond milk. A lettuce wrap with cashew butter, avocado & fermented veggies. There is no way I can log all this stuff over at sparkpeople.com!
Cardio:
10 minutes DDR on standard mode- ankle didn't hurt after, but was sore to the touch again.
