Day 17 ~Inspired~

I do NOT want to gain all the weight I just lost over the past few months, so I am going to do my best to eat low fat again for the most part. Maybe one or two days a week I can treat myself to something at Go Raw Cafe though! YUM.

I think I will increase my cardio too. I know that helps a lot & allows me more freedom with eating.

I am thinking about liquid fasting for a day or two each week as well. I just know if I make it through one day I won't be able to stop for at least a week though LOL!

On a positive note, at least I don't feel like I gained back alot this week! My 'pants I bought last year hoping to be able to fit into someday' have now become my 'fat pants'! I don't even need to unzip them to get them off or on!

My mom is back to high raw right now & only eats a cooked vegan peanut dressing & the occasional tortilla. She just got off all Starbucks, I am so proud of her! That was a major accomplishment! So yesterday she said to me "I feel so liberated not having to be dependant on Starbucks everyday now" She loves listening to my downloads from thebestdayever.com too! My mom rawks! Her skin cancer is shrinking away again already too! She had it removed a couple times & then after it kept coming back she decided to go raw & leave it be. We watched it shrink away in a matter of weeks! But then after awhile she went back to SAD & it came back again. Now it's already shrinking away again & she's not even 100% raw!

Today I ate:
Wheatgrass
Nature's First Food
Eggplant spread wrapped in coallards with fermented veggies, maitake & sprouts
Juice: apple/celery/beet/beet greens
Shot of beet juice
Salad bar from Go Raw Cafe

Cleanse:
Flor-Essence in the morning & evening

Cardio:
DDR on standard & heavy modes, over an hour, 400 calories burned
