Day 29 ~One Day Left!~
OMGosh!! I can't believe tomorow is the end of my challenge already!! I am planning to still be raw for the most part, but maybe have steamed brussel sprouts or a baked potato sometimes too! We'll see! I feel so good and I am still fasting! I'm going to the gym tomorrow to see how much I lost in 7 days of fasting! I know I lost a bit more! That wasn't my goal with the fast, just a spring cleansing!

Ok so i'm answering this a little late lol, but my plan was to eat high raw and try to stay low fat for the most part. Did not happen that way! I ate some 'healthy' cooked low fat simple foods and my body FREAKED OUT and demanded I never do that again! So then I tried to talk my body into it and it decided to start fasting again because it felt so bad! LOL! So I did 8 days, then ate a little cooked & raw foods, not very much. Then did 3 more days on liquids. Then tried to convince my body to eat cooked again, it was more excepting that time but I had planned to do a 3 day spiritual water fast for the 3 days before Easter, so now i'm on day 3. I really would like to be high raw for a little while but another part of me would LOVE to do a 92 day juice feast! So I guess i'm not totally sure at this point what is next!
