Day 4
Had a good day today. The wraps came out too chewy, not as good as the coconut ones from yesterday! For wraps anyway. I ate avocado today. YUM. I am going to try having some fatty fruit but limiting my fats as much as I can still especially nuts & seeds. I think I may have to cleanse alot before I can eat any raw fats without gaining a ton of weight. I just feel like dammit avocado is a fruit and I want it!! lol We'll see how long it lasts. I keep trying to fight eating 811 even though I know it's the best for me.
I weighed myself at the gym today, I lost pretty much all the weight I had put back on going back to lots of cooked foods there for a minute. I am right back where I left off! 198 lbs. I was 195 I think. But that was with fasting.
I can tell I ate too much salt (nama shoyu) and not enough fruit. Head hurt a bit. Didn't have as much energy & wellbeing, still feel wonderful but I can tell the difference when I eat pure.

Today I had:
spring rolls
mushroom w/fixins
sapodilla
star apple
blueberries
raspberries
sweet corn
cacao d'arco tea
dandilion root tea
peny drink
Went to the gym & lifted weights for about an hour.
10 minutes cardio on the elyptical, about an hour DDR on heavy mode
