Day 3 of 90 Day Challenge
I ate about half raw today.. I think there are going to be a few whole foods I allow just in the very beginning as I transition into this. I dunno.. I need to just go for it but I have SEVERE food addiction. :(
Anybody have any ideas on dealing with extreme food addiction? My only thought was to start growing my own highly mineralised foods to see if that would help..

Here is my two cents on food addiction. Like any addiction, there is a certain amount of pain that you’re going to have to endure in order to get over the addiction. You can try to rip the Band-Aid off quickly or try to peel it back slowly. Have lots of pain in short period of time or have smaller amounts of pain over a longer period of time. There is no avoiding the pain, only choices on how you want to take it. Sounds like you tried the cold turkey all at once thing and it didn’t work for you. It didn’t work for me either. So then I made myself a two month transition plan. That worked for me. But everyone is different. Best wishes.

I'll be following your 90 day challenge and wish you great success. I know you can do it! When you figure out the food addiction thing, please share it with me too.....sigh..... There are a few foods that I just can't seem to permanently stay away from.
Thank you guys. Valerie that is SO TRUE, yet it's unbelievably bad to the point where I can't do it alone. I need to be locked up to get throught it when it gets bad. I serioisly have a bad problem when it comes to food. I used to do drugs, drink, smoke you name it. I had ZERO problems quitting any of that. Food is like crack to my body. I seriously need to give it up completely. It is killing me.
