Day 1 ~30 Day Challenge~
Today is day 1 of my low fat, raw vegan, 811, 30 day challenge!
I was doing really well over the past couple months, not all raw but eating lots of raw and staying low fat most of the time. But maybe about 2 weeks ago I started letting some dairy & eggs slip back in. My body is so not happy about it too. I'll spare you the details!

I had a dream just before I woke up. I drempt that I was pregnant with a baby girl and I was so happy. I woke up and realised it was only a dream and felt sad.
It has been said that when we dream of others, they are really parts of yourself. So I take this dream to mean that I am becoming a new person. I am starting a new life. This feels like a powerful dream considering I am starting my challenge today! I also take it the new life is a much longed for one and I will be very happy, because of the feelings in the dream.
Perhaps this 30 day challenge will be the start of something much bigger for me. I originally planned to do 30 days no cheating, then add back a few lightly cooked veggies that I love.. like brussel sprouts! I don't know if I want to just give them up forever! But then who knows how I will feel 29 days from now!
My goal is to lose 28 pounds in 30 days. I see no reason why I cannot do this or at least get close! I lost about 30 pounds in just over a month eating low fat high raw in December. I am starting my challenge today at 210 lbs.

My recomended calories based on height, weight, activity level & goals is currently 1310 - 1660 calories per day. Every time I lose more then 10 pounds it changes I think, so for now this is what i'm aiming for.
Today I ate 1599 calories, 92.6% carbs-5.1% protein-2.3% fat:
Orange Julius: Oranges peeled with lots of the white part still on, juiced whole in juicer.
Mango with lime juice
Medjool dates
Corn on the cob
Veggie Lovers salad mix with bean sprouts & alfalfa sprouts & a banana, in a citrus chipotle dressing
Cardio:
