Weight Loss Update!
Here is my most recent picture, I am trying on my Ren Faire garb for the upcoming faire in April!
Another 7 pounds down in the past week or so! Woohoo! I'm still not 8-1-1 every single day or even all raw, but wow the results are phenominal! I feel & look SO MUCH better! I'm still playing a minimum of 1 hour DDR a day plus I added more strength training to my program. I increased my weights 2 days ago also.
I have noticed that my senses are heightened and that I cannot tolerate the taste of drinking water out of plastic bottles anymore. Tastes like juiced plastic EW! Also I can no longer eat off metal silverware, tastes too strong like metal & is absolutely unbearable! I buy disposable biodegradeable bamboo sets now. Luckily I don't use much silverware or that could be kinda pricey!
I also feel HORRIBLE when I eat too much fat! I get so sick I have to lay down & if I overeat I can't bear it anymore. My tastebuds only like simple foods & my body is hooked on that light clean feeling you get from eating simply.
This way of eating simple has now started spreading throughout my house causing me to clean, organize & simplify my home. It's like i'm clearing away the clutter & the excess that built up in both my body & my house. I love it! I am feeling FREE!

Thanks Edda! It's a video game called Dance Dance Revolution! It comes with a dance pad with arrows you step on. I saw some kids playing it at the arcade, and I wanted to try it but was too shy because I have never been able to dance & also have some social anxiety issues.. but I finally got up the nerve to do it & I have been HOOKED ever since! I use it as my cardio excercise program & have had better results then I expected! I have a section on DDR on my website under Fitness now!
