The FDA is using legal maneuvering to end your access to natural health products (like vitamins, minerals and herbs) and natural health therapies of all sorts. Again. This time, their ploy is to declare the therapies are "Medicine" so any non-physician who uses them will be practicing medicine without a license. Since these practices are "Medicine", any products used would be untested drugs and therefore forbidden.

Interesting Thing Happened

Ok so my plan was to stay high raw and mostly low fat since I finished my 30 day challenge.. so yesterday I ate some split pea soup, only a quarter cup was left so I made a small cup of black bean soup after that. These were favorites of mine a month ago and both simple & low fat & cooked. About 15 minutes or so after I finished eating I sat down to work on my site some more when all the sudden I felt my energy sink. It was indescribable! Like my aura was 6 feet around my body for the past month and then in an instant it sucked back down inside me. I got emotional and felt like I was about to cry. I didn't like how I felt at all. And it was so strong! I felt like I was in a bad dream and I wanted it to go away! In that few hours before I went to bed I realised exactly why I got panic attacks and how important it really is for me to stay raw. I felt so awful energeticly and my stomach was heavy and I lost that light free bliss feeling completely. In that moment I swore I would never touch cooked food again! I just cannot live like that. I was so not myself all night.

So I am back to fasting now because honestly I was not ready to break my fast when I did. My body is not cooperating with food right now. Nothing tastes good and I am craving the things I was drinking while fasting. Nothing else tastes right. I will be doing blended foods like soups & smoothies at first then just liquids tomorow or so. I got a few unplesent symptoms from eating too because I really feel I was not ready to when I did. It was spur of the moment that I ate because I wanted the taste of Go Raw Cafe's salad bar and not because I was hungry at all. Plus I didn't want to waste that sapote! Which felt ripe enough but ended up not being quite ready lol. I ate most of it.
